[E-voting] ogra FF poll

For some reason people taking those polls never like to round down,
so it's common to get 101%. It was argued out in the letters page
of one of the papers a couple of years ago about a pie-chart they'd
published.

Apparently 58:40:3 is closer to the actual ratio of votes than
whatever you would get if you'd rounded one of them down.
