Just read this, co-incidentally.

Jim's real point is that he's annoyed that more important economic
issues aren't being discussed, which is probably a valid concern.
The fact that he considers e-voting "a peripheral distraction of
little note" just goes to show how little he knows or cares about it.

He seems to assume IT experts are in favour of it, which also goes
to show how that's still a popular perception, even among people
you'd think would be better informed.
