The bill does not mention the Nedap/Powervote system by name
(except in the Commissions TOR), so they are using section 36
of the 2001 act, to allow the Minister to "approve" whatever
voting system he wants to use.

Does any lawyer out there, know what "approve" means in this context?

How do we know when the Minister has approved
a particular system?
