[E-voting] Letter to the new minister

Given that we are not going to convince anyone of our case in one letter, I think we need to rephrase this letter a little to emphasise the request for a meeting. The structure I would suggest is:
1) Request for meeting
2) Who we are
3) Summary of our position
4) Restate request for meeting
I don't think it helps to be too dogmatic in this letter. This just means that instead of stating that the system "can never satisfy the fundamental and constitutional requirements of a secure, secret and accurate democracy", that we say "we hope to explain why the system can never satisfy the fundamental and constitutional requirements of a secure, secret and accurate democracy."
I'll wait to hear if anyone agrees with me before suggesting any specific text.
Ryan
