Margaret et al,
This is a great article, thorough and thought-provoking. It sure shows how
important VVAT is. And it also shows how important it is to have absolute
transparency in all stages (including inspection & testing of machines
prior to election) so as not to undermine voter confidence.
At long-last I will shortly post the notes from our meeting in Dublin 2
months ago. For starters, putting out a press release about the use of
VVAT in Venezuela was one of the items. The publication of this article
seems like an excellent opportunity to make such a press release timely and
