[E-voting] Minimum requirement to juge voting "technology"

I don't think voters object to the present system,
but I do think that most of those involved in counting the votes
do believe that some kind of automation is highly desirable.

I was at the interminable RDS count,
and the people in all parties that I spoke to
agreed that there was something wrong with the present system,
and that it ought to be changed.

Actually, among the people I spoke to
I would have been the least in favour of radical change,
as I think there is a certain social value in the present system,
in bringing together those involved in political activity.
