Can someone remind me what the situation is with "box counts"? If I
rigged a single voting machine to record every single vote cast on that
machine as a 1st preference for me, is there any check in the system
that would throw up a red flag? Or would all those votes from that
module be added to the collection of votes from the whole constituency,
randomised and counted?

(I know that one of the objections to the new system was that parties
wouldn't have tally information anymore, and I remember that that issue
was supposed to be addressed, but I can't remember what the outcome
was).
