[E-voting] Question on optical scan

I don't agree.
My own reaction to the last count I attended (at the RDS) was
"This can't be the best way to do it",
and I believe that was the reaction of most people there.

There is a strong argument in favour of e-voting,
even though there are also grave doubts
about the system proposed.
