[E-voting] Sunday Times Article on plans to use the machines for 2012 Election

FYI

Sunday Times had an article on Sunday on the plans to spend money
redeveloping the software for the e-voting machines. 

They talked of a figure of EUR3Million Euro. 

Plans sounded vauge along the lines of "surely we can get someone to do
this..."

Minister Roche also acknowledged the problem with establishing public
trust in the machines.

Couldn't find the article in the Time Online website
