[E-voting] Dutch campaign now has English page

The dutch "Wij vertrouwen stemcomputers niet" ("We don't trust voting  
computers") campaign now offers information in English. We will send  
out English translations of future newsletters. The previous two  
issues of the newsletter as well as the campaign FAQ have been  
translated.
