I guess that this means that Bertie has decided that "the biggest exporter
of software internationally" doesn't have the necessary expertise.
Maybe he'll finally stop using that particular sound bite. Better yet, maybe
the opposition will hoist him on his own petard and ask him why "the biggest
exporter of software internationally" needs to bring in international
expertise.
