[E-voting] a little bit of e-voting humor

Hi all,

While we mostly focus on serious things on this list, sometimes a  
little bit of humor goes a long way.

A new meme started last Wednesday in another sub-community I play in  
(that of online comix writer-friends).  This meme focuses on robots,  
and is an homage to icanhascheezeburger (http:// 
icanhascheezburger.com/).
