[E-voting] Netherlands news, press release

I think this is excellent as it is.

I considered saying something about the decertifications in California, 
but the message from the Netherlands is more powerful and it stands 
better on its own; CA info can be added into any interviews as a 
subsequent strengthener follow-up.
