[E-voting] Friday evening - the Pembroke - 20:00

Hopefully people can still make it :-) In honour of the party we had
last time and in fond memory of the excellent cake Catherine brought
there, the Pembroke, on Pembroke St. in Dublin, seems like a great venue
for a few on Friday - at 20:00. 

Some of us will be there earlier, battling for seats and so on, but it
shouldn't be /too/ busy.
