The contract was signed on 19th December 2003 - the day after we gave 
evidence to the Joint Committee in the Oireachtas.

The sequence was:
    1st hearing - 10th December 2003
    2nd hearing - 18th December 2003
    Contract date - 19th December 2003

We have a copy of the signed contract if you need it.
