If you mean secondary IPs on the same interface, then yes. I.e.

interface  FastEthernet0
    ip address 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0
    ip address 192.168.0.2 255.255.255.0 secondary

There is a limit of 8 .1q VLANs however and so there is the same limit
of the number of virtual interfaces.

It ships with the Advanced IP Services IOS feature set by default
according to the below page so the features you'd expect to have in that
should be there.
